Scope and launch status
These terms govern the DeliveryDetox public website and services when expressly activated under a confirmed order. This site accepts no payments, customer lists, API requests or message traffic. Published plan descriptions are not an active subscription.
Email risk screening
Email Detox screens against available historical risk data and supported passive signals. It does not perform traditional mailbox verification. Evidence may be stale, incomplete or inconclusive. No result guarantees mailbox existence, consent, delivery, inbox placement, reputation, legal safety or detection of every risky address.
Membership plans and access
Member and Growth use manual file processing. Agency includes API access; Enterprise includes API access and may include a future SMTP relay under separately confirmed terms. All plans share the core screening service. Relay functionality is planned and subject to implementation and compatibility testing.
Billing and cancellation
There are no one-time list-cleaning packages. Before purchase, the confirmed order will state the monthly price, record allowance, usage definition, extra-usage rates, any rollover and refund terms. Renewal begins only after explicit enrollment. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge; access continues through the paid period. Extra usage requires authorization. No automatic incremental price-increase model is adopted; material subscription changes will be disclosed in advance and apply prospectively.
Customer responsibilities
You must have authority and appropriate rights to provide data and use results. Maintain sender-specific opt-outs and required permissions. Screening does not establish consent or legal compliance. Do not use the service to evade suppression obligations, extract the proprietary dataset, test stolen data, harass people or send unlawful messages.
Data and proprietary methods
You retain rights to submitted data and authorize processing to perform the agreed service. Customer lists and signals will not be sold, incorporated into a shared dataset or used for unrelated purposes without a separate lawful basis and appropriate agreement. Results explain categories without disclosing proprietary detection rules. Individual proprietary detectors are not customer-configurable.
Expert help and training
Consulting is a separate engagement with scope, fees and availability confirmed before purchase. Training, certification and reseller participation are proposed and not open for enrollment. No external accreditation or guaranteed outcome is represented.
Availability and remedies
Service may be interrupted for maintenance or suspended for misuse, threats or nonpayment. No completion-time or uptime promise applies without a written commitment. Verified service errors will be corrected, credited or refunded proportionately. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. DeliveryDetox’s aggregate service liability is limited to fees paid for the affected services in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Disputes and contact
California law applies to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory protections. Seek good-faith resolution by contacting hello@deliverydetox.com. A separately agreed written order controls where it conflicts with these terms. Material changes to ongoing paid services will be notified.
