Scope and current availability
This notice covers the DeliveryDetox public website and inquiries. Risk screening, memberships and the API are not yet active. We will publish service-specific disclosures before accepting uploaded lists or customer message traffic. These will cover screening data sources, customer data, subprocessors, retention and any Enterprise relay processing.
Information collected
Our hosting provider may record IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and security logs. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address and requirements. The contact form prepares an email locally and does not transmit information to our website.
Use and disclosure
We use inquiry information to respond, administer requested relationships, protect services and meet legal obligations. Providers such as hosting and email services may process information for these purposes. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights and security.
Cookies and tracking
This public site uses no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, third-party fonts or client-side tracking cookies. Hosting security systems may process technical information. We do not use this site for targeted advertising.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is generally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive interaction unless an ongoing relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention. Hosting logs follow the provider’s security and retention settings. Uploaded-list retention will be disclosed before processing becomes available.
Your requests
Contact hello@deliverydetox.com with the subject “Privacy request” to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about processing. Rights depend on applicable law. We may reasonably verify identity, and legal exceptions may apply. We do not penalize people for exercising applicable rights. For data held by a customer, contact that customer first; we will assist as appropriate.
Security, location and children
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled; no system guarantees absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations. This is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.
