Is DeliveryDetox an email validator?
No. Email Detox matches against available historical risk data and supported passive signals. It does not perform traditional mailbox verification or guarantee deliverability.
Can I buy a one-time cleaning package?
No. The launch model is monthly memberships: Member, Growth, Agency and Enterprise.
Which plans include API access?
Agency and Enterprise. Member and Growth use manual file upload and download.
Is the SMTP relay live?
No. It is a proposed Enterprise capability requiring implementation, provider compatibility checks and testing.
What will the memberships cost?
Prices, monthly allowances and additional usage rates are being finalized. Enterprise will have custom terms. No payments are accepted on this public site.
Can I turn individual checks on or off?
Core screening uses a standard process. Individual proprietary detection methods are not customer-configurable.
Does a clean result mean I can send?
No. No known risk found is not mailbox verification or consent. Honor sender-specific unsubscribes and applicable contact rules.
Can I get help interpreting results?
Contact us about a separately scoped expert list-risk review. Consulting availability and fees will be confirmed before engagement.
Can I enroll in certification?
Not yet. Training and certification are proposed; you can register interest through an inquiry.
Should I send my customer list by email?
No. Send only estimated volume and requirements. Use the secure customer portal for lists when it becomes available.
